Maxwell’s equations in their integral and differential forms with 2D graphical representations of the laws that they describe come together in a design that any self-respecting physics/mathematics geek would appreciate! From top to bottom, the four sets of two variants of the equations and their accompanying graphical representations are: Gauss’s Law: the net electric flux through any closed surface is proportional to the net electric charge enclosed within that surface. Gauss’s Law for Magnetism: the divergence of the magnetic field is zero/monopoles do not exist. Maxwell-Faraday Equation (Faraday’s Law of Induction): the induced electromotive force in any closed circuit is equal to the negative of the time rate of change of magnetic flux enclosed by the circuit. Baseball ¾ Sleeve. 1968 saw Elvis return to playing live after his Hollywood career. What was originally supposed to be a TV special featuring Elvis singing Christmas carols was quickly and thankfully turned into a rock n’roll show with the King clad head to toe in black leather and looking like the coolest man on the planet. My portrait captures him in one of the bands blues jams which for me is the essence of what made this man great. That voice soars and rasps like the true king of rock n’roll.
